We are seeking two friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team on a part-time basis in a front-of-house role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and providing excellent service to guests. The schedule for these roles is 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Saturday availability required, and shifts are available 2 to 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional, welcoming manner
• Provide prompt, courteous service and respond to customer needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front-of-house area
• Handle orders, payments, or check-ins accurately and efficiently as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and safety guidelines
• Assist with additional front-of-house tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and a genuine commitment to customer service
• Ability to work well in a team and stay organized during busy periods
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work the required schedule
• Availability to work Saturdays and between 2 to 4 days per week
• Previous customer service or front-of-house experience is a plus, but not required
